Confluent is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the product-led growth lifecycle, driving onboarding, activation, adoption, and expansion across multiple products. You will define strategy, run experiments, and collaborate with Growth Marketers and Growth Product Managers to accelerate customer value.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Science to tailor lifecycle communications, personalize experiences, and scale successful programs, including AI-powered optimization.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience marketing to a technical or developer audience.
• Strong written communication translating technical product value for a technical user.
• Demonstrated growth marketing craft: identify opportunity, form hypotheses, ship experiments, measure results, scale or stop.

Aufgaben

• Own growth & expansion concepts within growth marketing, including email and nurture programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and reactivation.
• Own expansion campaigns that drive multi-product adoption: help existing customers adopt additional products and deepen usage.
• Build segmentation and personalization from product usage, account context, and lifecycle stage, with Product, Marketing, and Data Science.
• Run a prioritized experimentation roadmap: form hypotheses, define test designs and success metrics, interpret results, and decide what to scale, stop, or change.
• Work with Product so lifecycle communications and in-product experiences feel like one customer journey.
• Explore with Product how AI can create new value for customers and speed up research and program execution.
• Build reusable playbooks, measurement standards, and operating processes for lifecycle and expansion marketing.
• Partner with Developer Relations, Community, and Education to drive further product adoption when it makes sense.
