• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual member acquisition and market growth strategies with the VP of Marketing.
• Lead paid media, SEO/SEM, and website optimization campaigns.
• Oversee branch marketing, events, and local market development initiatives.
• Measure performance with dashboards and KPIs; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Retail, Lending, Business Development and Digital teams.
