Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Manager, Demand Generation to own its multi-channel campaigns and, as the first dedicated content hire, create blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content. This role partners with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to generate and nurture qualified leads through a scalable funnel.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in B2B demand generation, strong writing, analytics, and experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B.
• Healthcare/RCM experience is a plus.
• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report performance.
• Manage demand generation budget and ROI tracking.
• Own funnel content end-to-end: blogs, ebooks, landing pages, emails.
• Align content with positioning and messaging from Marketing leadership.
• Develop scalable content calendar and production workflow.
• Build nurture programs and workflows in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineer on automation needs without owning the stack.
• Monitor campaign issues and escalate infrastructure problems.
• Collaborate on webinar/event promotion and post-event nurture.
• Work with Product Marketing to reflect current narrative.
• Assist SDRs on lead handoff and MQL feedback.
• Analyze data to optimize for MQL, conversion, and CAC.
• Stay current on new channels and AI-powered tools.
