Qualifications

• Three+ years in digital, growth, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on SEO and content creation with proven results.
• Hands-on paid search with direct management of a Google Ads budget.
• Active participation in online communities and authentic engagement.
• Treat health-adjacent data as sensitive and comply with privacy rules.
• Be the sole strategist, executor, and reporter at first.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search strategy and plain-language, high-utility content.
• Drive AI answer optimization across major services with structured data and credible corroboration.
• Manage Google Ads and paid social, optimize landing pages, and iterate campaigns.
• Ensure privacy-safe tracking and compliance on health pages.
• Build authentic presence in parenting communities and manage social channels.
• Cultivate influencer partnerships with parent advocates and healthcare educators.
• Track weekly funnel metrics and oversee content calendar and review processes.
