Develop Health is seeking a Founding Growth Marketing Lead to drive provider adoption and build pipelines with pharmacies and pharma. You’ll join a small, high-impact team and lead execution, creating customer-ready assets with AI tools and shipping them directly to market.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and executives to shape channel direction, own campaigns, and develop repeatable growth playbooks that scale across outbound, nurture, and conference initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of multiple channels.
• Scale you can point to, e.g., growing a channel budget to high six figures or more.
• Genuine fluency with current AI tooling used to drive marketing.
• Taste for strong messaging and design that moves customers.
• Campaigns with measurable results you can walk us through.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow provider adoption through targeted campaigns and collateral.
• Build pipeline for revenue channels: outbound, nurture, and conference presence.
• Ship the work with minimal review, using AI tools to accelerate production.
• Develop repeatable assets, templates, and playbooks for the team.
