Job summary

Sbtglobalinc seeks a Growth Marketing Lead to own paid media and customer acquisition for its DTC Shopify storefront in California. You will strategize and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels to boost CAC/ROAS, while testing and refining the funnel.

Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and internal partners to deploy data-driven campaigns and CRO initiatives, building analytics that guide growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in E-commerce, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or DTC.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, Conversion, Retention, and LTV.
• Experience with GA4 and digital marketing analytics.
• Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing, preferably Klaviyo.
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing.
• Understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, and UTMs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with creative teams, agencies, developers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels
• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
• Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, retargeting, and creative testing
• Identify underperforming campaigns and continuously test new growth opportunities
• Partner with creative teams, agencies, influencers, and content creators to develop and test advertising content
• Manage the DTC Shopify customer journey
• Analyze customer behavior across Ad Click Website Product Page Reviews Add to Cart Checkout Purchase
• Develop dashboards and management reports translating data into actionable recommendations
