Job summary

Instawork is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own discoverability across SEO and GEO. You will lead technical SEO for a Webflow site, and shape an answer-engine strategy across AI surfaces, while collaborating with engineering and content teams.

Candidates should have hands-on GEO experience and deep technical SEO fluency, and be comfortable shipping fixes in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. Base salary is competitive with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

GEO experience across leading conversational assistants and strong SEO fundamentals.
Deep technical SEO fluency: structured data, rendering/indexing, crawl analysis; comfortable shipping fixes.
Fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush; AI-visibility platforms.

Responsibilities

Own Instawork’s organic acquisition strategy across SEO and GEO; set goals for non-branded visibility.
Lead technical SEO of our Webflow site: crawlability, indexation, site structure, internal linking, redirects.
Build and expand Instawork’s answer-engine strategy across AI surfaces; strengthen authority.
Direct agent-led content strategy with a roadmap aligned to search/prompt intent.
Define the measurement layer and instrument the funnel from organic/AI discovery to activation.
Own domain health and work with Engineering on migrations, redirects, canonicalization, localization.
