Job summary

Teaspressa is seeking a creative, analytical Email Marketing & SMS Specialist to lead day-to-day email marketing and support broader ecommerce growth. The role covers both DTC and wholesale campaigns, with opportunities to engage across design, digital advertising, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end campaigns, optimize lifecycle automations, and collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing through Klaviyo or similar platform.
• Ecommerce and digital marketing familiarity.
• Strong writing and design sensibility for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and deploy promotional email and SMS campaigns for DTC and wholesale.
• Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate messaging, offers, and send timing.
• Write engaging copy for campaigns, launches, and flows.
• Design or assemble email creative reflecting brand.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure campaigns align with priorities.
• Support segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automations.
• Develop and evaluate A/B tests for subject lines and strategy.
• Monitor revenue, engagement, and list growth; report insights.
