Zusammenfassung

North.Cloud is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to scale our paid acquisition engine for a next‑gen cloud, AI, and data spend platform. You’ll work with sales, product marketing, design, and partners to move campaigns from strategy through execution and analysis.

You’ll own testing roadmaps, develop landing-page copy and creative concepts, and use AI to speed up research, iteration, and analysis. This hands‑on role reports to the VP of Marketing and sits in a fast‑moving team.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years in growth or performance marketing, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
• Experience with meaningful budgets and scaling while maintaining efficiency.
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
• Experience evaluating new platforms, audiences, and formats for testing.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels.
• Audit programs and improve targeting, structure, tracking, and ROI.
• Scale paid media budgets while maintaining clear pipeline goals.
• Test new platforms, audiences, offers, and creative concepts.
• Write ad and landing-page copy and develop campaign materials.
• Collaborate with design to bring campaign creative to life.
• Build landing pages that connect messaging to buyer outcomes and conversions.
• Align with sales and product marketing on buyer pain points and messaging.
• Monitor performance, attribution, CPA, and pipeline contribution.
• Maintain campaign tracking across platforms, HubSpot, and analytics tools.
