We seek a Growth Marketing Manager to support the Marketing team for the Americas region of Soufflet Malt, including Country Malt Group, Great Western Malting, and Canada Malting. This role will focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies and compelling content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the brewing and distilling industries, along with expertise in market analytics and content development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Analyze Market Trends & Customer Insights. Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop & Execute Data-Driven Campaigns. Plan and implement marketing campaigns informed by market analysis to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Create Strategic Content & Messaging. Develop compelling content and messaging that align with market insights and effectively communicate product value to brewers and distillers.
- Measure & Report on Campaign Performance. Track key performance metrics, produce quarterly campaign reports, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
- Support Pricing & Product Promotions. Leverage market data to recommend pricing strategies and promotional initiatives that align with customer demand and business goals.
- Produce Monthly Market Reports. Compile detailed reports on industry trends, market shifts, competitive positioning, and customer purchasing behaviors to guide strategic decision-making.

- Lead Annual Campaign Planning. Collaborate with Marketing team to develop strategic, data-driven campaigns, using customer insights, sales data, and industry trends to drive growth and retention.
- Support Product Launches. Integrate new product launches into annual campaign calendar, developing go-to-market strategies and materials for new products.
- Enhance Customer Segmentation & Targeting. Leverage data analysis to refine audience segmentation, ensuring campaigns reach the right customers with the right message.
- Create Targeted Content & Messaging. Partner with Creative Manager to develop compelling blog posts, ad copy, emails and sales materials that resonate with brewers, distillers, and industry professionals.
- Track & Optimize Marketing Performance. Generate quarterly campaign performance reports, monitoring key metrics to assess effectiveness and improve ROI.
- Enhance CRM & Automation Strategies. Partner with Digital Sales and Customer Experience team to utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation to nurture leads and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams. Align marketing efforts with sales goals by providing insights and materials.
- Leverage Customer Feedback & Insights. Analyze annual customer feedback surveys and purchasing trends to refine marketing messaging and product positioning.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- In-depth knowledge of the brewing and distilling industries, including customer needs and market trends.
- Exceptional market research skills to collect, analyze, and interpret industry data.
- Strong analytical abilities to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights and business strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, including performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent writing and content development skills to engage and educate brewers and distillers effectively.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, including email marketing and content management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Additional certifications in market research, digital marketing and data analytics are a plus.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary range:$89,530.31 – $134,295.47, depending on experience.
Ideal candidates will fall within the midrange of the salary band.
