Job summary

Simplus, Utah Office, is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market marketing initiatives that drive demand, increase brand awareness, and support business growth. This role partners with sales, leadership, and practice leaders to plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, partner, and industry channels.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of GTM marketing experience (or similar)
• Proven demand generation through integrated campaigns
• Experience with brand positioning and messaging initiatives
• Strong digital and social media marketing background
• Experience planning and executing events, webinars, and roadshows
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and leadership
• Strong analytic skills and ROI measurement experience
• Experience managing marketing budgets and cost optimization
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management
• Experience in Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM marketing plans for demand generation and pipeline growth
• Support brand positioning and messaging initiatives
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Drive digital marketing and social media programs to boost engagement and leads
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partners to align strategies
• Lead webinars, roadshows, and executive engagement programs
• Participate in industry conferences and partner events
• Manage budgets and allocate resources for maximum ROI
• Track and report campaign performance to leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
