Job summary

Rally is hiring a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own the pipeline coverage and top-of-funnel demand generation end-to-end. You will design and run the demand engine for Rally and its Agent and MCP products, impacting how pipeline becomes revenue.

Remote-first across the US with hubs in New York and Boston, you’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to build scalable demand strategies and optimize CAC and velocity.

Qualifications

6+ years running demand gen or growth marketing with pipeline ownership.
Built and owned experiences across paid channels, events, and content.
Tech/SaaS background, startup to mid-market, with limited resources and ambiguity.
You prefer defining the approach rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Responsibilities

Identify and test new channels or tactics to diversify pipeline sources.
Run events, email marketing strategy, and social campaigns.
Partner with sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets and field feedback.
Collaborate with product marketing on campaigns and messaging to drive pipeline.
Continuously optimize CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
