Hub is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the company’s marketing from strategy to execution, in a remote role based in Brazil. You will define objectives, KPIs, and drive growth through performance ads and influencer partnerships, while overseeing design- and copy-dependent assets.

This role emphasizes ownership, cross-cultural collaboration, and a strong AI-enabled production stack. You will work with founders on international campaigns, build scalable processes, and help Hub expand its global

Formación

• 3+ years in startup marketing with proven campaigns and growth.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Cross-cultural experience across countries.
• Strong design and copywriting skills.
• AI-native workflows with GenAI in production.
• Entrepreneurial ownership and results-driven.
• Passionate about technology and AI/robotics.
• Bonus: Hermes Agent user or similar personal agent.
