Ahrefs is seeking a Marketing Manager for Brazil to build and execute a local strategy that resonates with Brazilian marketers and businesses. You will lead hands-on marketing, working with the global team, to drive growth, brand awareness, and qualified demand.

You will bring hands-on SaaS marketing experience, a proven Brazil expansion track record, and strong SEO/AEO and content capabilities. This role is remote and based in Brazil.

Formación

• Significant hands-on experience in SaaS marketing with ownership of market growth and measurable results.
• Track record of SaaS expansion in Brazil with demonstrable customer acquisition, revenue or other metrics.
• Strong practical knowledge of SEO and AEO, including visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Excellent content creation skills and ability to adapt English-language content for Brazilian audiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own Ahrefs' marketing in Brazil with a hands-on approach across the marketing mix.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, qualified leads and customer acquisition.
• Create and localise content for Brazilian audiences: blog posts, social media, emails, landing pages, digital assets.
• Manage local marketing activities including content, events, partnerships, community engagement and PR.
• Educate the Brazilian market on SEO, AEO and AI search to position Ahrefs as a trusted resource.
• Build relationships with Brazilian marketers, agencies, creators and communities.
• Organise and participate in conferences, events and meetups to build relationships and demand.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Report results and priorities to senior leadership linking marketing activity to growth.
