Coframe is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to bring Coframe to market as we enter our next growth stage. You’ll own launches, campaigns, customer stories, events, partnerships, and anything that helps the right companies discover and understand what we’re building.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who likes making things happen. You’ll work closely with our founders, sales, product, and customers to decide what matters most and get it shipped.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in growth marketing roles at B2B tech companies.
• Proficient with AI and using it to improve marketing speed, quality, and effectiveness.
• Experience taking marketing projects from idea to launch with measurable results.
• Generalist who can set direction and execute with teams across functions.
• Strong writing and creative instincts to explain a technical product with concrete examples.

Responsibilities

• Run launches: own plan and execution across messaging, assets, landing pages, distribution, and follow-up.
• Turn customer results into stories: create case studies and campaigns that show impact.
• Build programs that create demand: test channels and ideas to attract the right buyers and generate opportunities.
• Make our website work harder: improve pages and conversion paths with better messaging and proof.
• Turn opportunities into action: coordinate partnerships, events, milestones, and timely industry conversations.
• Get your hands dirty: draft copy, brief designers, QA pages, and ship new initiatives.
• Help us get better at shipping: build lightweight systems for planning campaigns and tracking results.
