Job summary

Kikoff is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to scale user acquisition for its fintech platform. You will own campaigns across multiple channels, work with cross-functional teams, and relentlessly optimize for CAC/ROAS while learning fast in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving growth toward CAC/ROAS or related targets.
• Ability to define and break down marketing KPIs into drivers.
• Ability to move fast with high-velocity and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker able to organize problems and prioritize opportunities.
• Experience with hypothesis-driven testing (A/B, MVT) and interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Grow user onboarding across digital and offline channels at scalable CAC/ROAS.
• Define, drive and measure KPIs for each campaign.
• Design and run AB tests to optimize campaigns continuously.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, product, data teams and others to execute campaigns.
• Aim for rapid learning and measurable business growth from day one.
