Job summary

FISART Growth Marketing DACH role is an opportunity for an A-player who owns results and moves fast. You will lead lead generation for our investment bank across inbound and outbound, building outbound channels next to it. Every activity is measured by the qualified leads it brings.

Your job goes far beyond marketing as usual, owning the growth engine from day one, testing channels from SEO to cold email, and working 100% remotely with the founding team to scale the DACH focus.

Qualifications

• Business‑fluent German (C1 or higher) and very good English.
• Track record of generating measurable leads or growth.
• Willingness to experiment with AI tools for growth.
• Nice to have SEO, GEO, outbound, cold email, LinkedIn or B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own lead generation across inbound and outbound with clear targets.
• Grow articles, landing pages and lead magnets for more inbound leads.
• Build outbound channels and direct outreach to business owners and buyers.
• Collaborate with founders on case studies and sales materials.
• Test channels from video and PR to unconventional campaigns.
