Job summary

Hey Nouri is building a new kind of healthcare platform for kids and is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build the digital marketing function from the ground up. You’ll own paid growth across channels, scale spend, and work directly with the founders to shape the growth strategy.

The role requires 2–3+ years in growth marketing, strong Meta Ads experience, and the ability to balance data with creative direction. NYC-based or willing to relocate, with in-person collaboration 3–4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a high-growth consumer startup.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads; Google and TikTok experience is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with both numbers and creative; able to translate data into actionable direction for creatives.

Responsibilities

• Own paid growth across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and other channels as needed.
• Scale digital marketing spend while improving CAC, conversion, and channel economics.
• Build our creative engine: develop strategy, test concepts, and work with editors/designers to turn ideas into high-performing ads.
• Build the system to test, measure, learn, and decide across channels.
• Help establish and grow an in-house growth team, starting with freelancers and external resources, then scaling.
• Collaborate with founders on key growth levers to drive the business.
