Job summary

Uniti AI, an early-stage AI-powered real estate operator platform, seeks a hands-on generalist marketer focused on content, product marketing, and lifecycle initiatives. You will work directly with the CEO and growth team to create content, launches, the website, events, and campaigns that position Uniti as the market leader.

You will use AI-native tools to move fast on video, copy, and interactive content while maintaining human-centered, high-quality output.

Qualifications

Strong writing that makes complex product simple.
AI-native instincts and tooling fluency.
2–5 years in demand gen, content, product marketing, or growth marketing at a high-growth AI or B2B SaaS startup.
A portfolio showing you know how to talk to an audience: landing pages, videos, case studies.
Video marketing skills to show product UX in action.
Comfort with the stack: Framer, HubSpot, Lovable, LinkedIn, and Figma-adjacent tools.

Responsibilities

Own editorial calendar and content machine across social, email, digital, and live events; use AI tools to move fast and produce content.
Partner with product marketing to shape messaging for agents, integrations, and features.
Maintain and optimize the website copy and graphics for clarity and lead conversion.
Produce customer case studies with growth and customer success teams; some video for flagship accounts.
Create sales enablement assets: one-pagers, microsites, outbound content, and competitive alerts.
Manage lifecycle email marketing including monthly newsletter.
Run paid experiments on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google with the Head of Marketing.
Clean HubSpot lists and segmentation with the go-to-market engineer.
