Job summary

Trade Republic in Berlin is seeking an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Intern to help scale our Paid Growth campaigns across markets. You will collaborate with brand, community, creative, product, and leadership to operationalize initiatives and deliver high-quality assets and results.

You should be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree, with 1st marketing experience and language proficiency in English and German.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university.
• 1st experience in marketing; tech or high-growth environment preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate objectives into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale growth campaigns across markets and channels.
• Assist campaign operations including briefs, assets, performance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and formats for ROI.
