• Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with SQL; quick to learn new tools.
• Curiosity and proactive mindset to identify what to tackle next.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and paid social; monitor spend, pacing, and targets.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights; optimize CAC, ROAS, and other metrics.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to track results and share findings with the team.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, targeting, and bidding; translate results into optimizations.
• Partner with growth and analytics teams to ensure data-driven budgeting and strategy.
