Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Performance Marketing intern to own campaigns across Google and paid social, driving full-funnel performance with a data-driven approach. This role anchors on Measurable CAC/ROAS improvements and collaboration with growth and analytics teams.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with in-person collaboration expected at least 3 days per week, located in the Menlo Park, CA area with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning and impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field with expected graduation Winter 2027/Summer 2028.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with SQL; comfortable with new tools quickly.
• Curious, proactive and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Self-starter mindset with initiative to drive tasks forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and paid social.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to track results for the marketing team.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with growth and analytics teams to ground decisions in data.
