# Growth Marketing Intern* In-person — Los Angeles* $24/hrGriddy is looking for a college student who lives and breathes NFL and fantasy football and wants to turn that into a career in marketing. This role sits at the center of how Griddy grows: creator partnerships and Griddy content. You’ll find the football creators we should be working with, reach out, build the relationship, and help negotiate the deal. You’ll help decide where our budget goes, bring ideas for the content itself, and read the results to figure out what to do next. Nobody will be handing you a list. If you see a creator Griddy should be working with, you go get them.The right person already consumes football content for fun and knows who’s underrated, who’s on the rise, and what makes a clip travel. You should be as comfortable talking football with someone who creates it for a living as you are reading a results dashboard afterward. If you’re creative, analytical, comfortable meeting strangers, and the type who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — this is your dream opportunity. Griddy is offering an 8-week internship with real autonomy and a path to receiving a full-time position and equity in the company. This isn’t a traditional “check-the-box” style of corporate internship.
