Job summary

Griddy Sports, Inc. is seeking a college student studying computer science for an in-person Product Intern in Los Angeles. You will conduct user interviews and live testing to uncover moments of confusion, frustration, and clarity, translating user experience to the engineering team.

# Product Intern* In-person — Los Angeles* $24/hrGriddy is looking for a college student studying computer science who wants real product experience on a mobile game with hundreds of thousands of users. Your job starts with the players. You’ll run nonstop user interviews and live testing sessions with new and longtime users, watching for the moments where people get stuck, confused, or frustrated, and the moments where it clicks. A lot of what matters can’t be captured in data, and your job is to capture it: to become the voice of the user and the translator between how we build the product and how players actually experience it.Then you’ll help act on what you find. You’ll be involved every step of the way: making simple fixes directly in the development environment, working with the founder and the engineering team to map out the product roadmap, and helping plan and execute the larger changes to the platform.
