Betr is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Growth team. You will lead the design of creative assets for digital ad campaigns, social media, promotions, and email marketing to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will collaborate with marketing, design, and media teams to deliver visuals that convert, while ensuring brand consistency across platforms and measuring performance to inform optimizations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design with a focus on digital marketing.
• 2+ years of motion graphics experience.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
• Strong portfolio in digital campaigns.
• Understanding of user acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching assets for digital campaigns (banner ads, paid social, landing pages).
• Design email visuals to boost acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
• Develop promotional materials for offers and discounts.
