Job summary

Headway is remote-friendly and seeking a Marketing Director for Provider Growth Marketing to lead and scale our provider acquisition efforts across paid and organic channels. You will own channel strategy, segmentation, and creative execution, reporting to the Head of Provider Growth as part of the growth leadership team.

The role emphasizes building a high-impact team, driving efficient CAC reductions, and collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and R&D to set ambitious growth goals for

Qualifications

• Experience leading a marketing organization across multiple channels (SEM, social, organic, lifecycle, referral, etc).
• Track record launching impactful new channels and rapid experimentation.
• Fluency in SEM/paid social and organic demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Headway's provider base and revenue, improving mix and channel metrics.
• Own and scale the channel portfolio — paid, organic, lifecycle, referral — testing new channels and campaigns.
• Hire, coach, and manage the team who run these channels to build skills and careers.
• Drive segmentation and a de-averaged approach to acquisition towards a value-based framework.
• Reset how we measure performance and align with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and R&D.
