Job summary

Chick-fil-A NorthPark Center in Dallas seeks a marketing-driven professional to scale sales and brand presence while enriching guest experience. You will implement strategies, manage partnerships, and execute in-store events promoting the brand.

The role collaborates with the Operator and Director team to align with Winning Hearts training and corporate campaigns, ensuring marketing materials and campaigns reflect Chick-fil-A values.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain an actionable 90-day plan/personal development plan.
• Create/execute annual department planning and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure leaders have marketing initiatives and campaign knowledge; equip team with tools/resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotions to hit sales and brand goals.
• Lead local partnerships and community outreach to grow catering/sales opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage 3rd party campaigns and ROI analyses for marketing efforts.
• Manage social media content and guest interactions to reflect Chick-fil-A's culture and values.
• Update holiday hours and ensure POP materials align with campaigns and store messaging.
• Contribute to a cohesive restaurant marketing plan aligned withWinning Hearts training.
• Perform other duties to support restaurant and organization.
