Qualifications

• Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, and KPI reporting.
• Experience with Shopify and content marketing.
• Experience with customer retention, cross-selling, upselling, and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall marketing and growth strategy.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
• Manage and optimize Amazon and Walmart listings and paid ads.
• Lead SEO, content strategy, Google Analytics, and performance reporting.
• Manage and optimize Shopify e-commerce experience and conversion funnel.
• Develop CRM, email, retention, upselling, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Grow and manage affiliate and influencer partnerships.
• Track KPIs including CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue, retention, and marketing ROI.
• Create and coordinate marketing content and creative using Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, and Google Gemini to improve marketing efficiency.
• Work with leadership, agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue.
