Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to drive lead generation, manage digital advertising campaigns, and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels. The role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta, develop targeting strategies, and support SEO efforts.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
Understanding of SEO, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, reporting tools, and CRM platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta.
Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and demand generation strategies.
Create and improve landing pages to increase lead conversion.
Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and website optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, conversion funnels, and key marketing metrics.
Build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Assist with marketing automation, campaign tracking, and CRM optimization.
Collaborate with content, sales, and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
