Expedia Group is hiring a Data Scientist III for Growth Marketing in Seattle. You will apply data, experiments, and modeling to grow our brands efficiently and profitably, partnering with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to turn complex data into actionable insights.

You will design experiments, build data pipelines, and deliver insights with clear visuals to influence decision-making, while automating recurring reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 2–4 years of relevant experience, OR 5+ years in a comparable data analytics or data science role.
• Strong proficiency with statistical analysis and data manipulation tools (SQL, Python or R) and large, high-volume datasets in production analytics.

Responsibilities

• Spot and prioritize high‑impact opportunities where data, experiments, and visualization clarify performance and guide marketing strategy.
• Design and evaluate marketing experiments and measurement frameworks (A/B tests, incrementality, causal inference, regression) to optimize spend and targeting.
• Build models and analysis‑ready datasets using SQL and Python/R with multi-source data.
• Create clear dashboards and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Automate recurring reporting to enable self‑serve analytics for partners.
