Expedia Group in Seattle seeks a Data Scientist III for Growth Marketing to leverage data, experiments, and modeling to scale brand performance. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to turn complex data into clear priorities.

You will build models, run experiments, and automate reporting to empower cross-functional teams with trustworthy insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 2–4 years of relevant experience, OR 5+ years in a comparable data analytics or data science role.
• Proficiency with SQL and a programming language (Python or R); experience with large production analytics datasets.
• Strong ability to frame business problems as analytical tasks and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Spot and prioritize high-impact opportunities where data and experimentation guide marketing strategy.
• Design and evaluate marketing experiments and measurement frameworks (A/B tests, incrementality, causal inference).
• Build models and analysis-ready datasets using SQL and Python/R.
• Create clear, engaging presentations and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences.
