Job summary

LoveShackFancy is seeking a strategic growth marketer to own the creator ecosystem, affiliate partnerships, and growth initiatives, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce. You will help define how customers discover, engage with, and shop the brand, blending analytical rigor with creative storytelling across performance marketing, creators, and social commerce.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in Growth/Performance Marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience building customer acquisition programs delivering measurable growth.
• Strong understanding of paid media, creator marketing, affiliate, attribution, and digital measurement.
• Experience with platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, GRIN, Aspire, Impact, or similar creator technologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own LoveShackFancy's customer acquisition strategy in partnership with our paid media agency across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Lead testing and optimization across audiences, creative, landing pages, media investment, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
• Analyze performance to improve customer acquisition, ROAS, marketing efficiency, and long-term customer value.
• Identify and launch new growth opportunities, platforms, and acquisition strategies that drive incremental business results.
