Job summary

Weaver seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and business development activities, enhancing growth across the firm. You will help with sponsorships, firm presentations, external communications, PR, and research while maintaining data integrity.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to meet deadlines and drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related business discipline.
• 1+ year of marketing, communications, digital marketing, or graphics experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and social platforms; Teams/Asana experience preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor; ability to handle confidential materials with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of marketing and business development activities to support growth goals.
• Support sponsorships, firm presentations, external communications, PR, client/prospect and competitor research, reporting and data management.
• Handle administrative duties including invoice processing and tracking.
• Maintain organized files and communicate progress on projects.
