Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in digital, performance, or partner-based channels.
• 1-2+ years of experience with third-party partner and/or referral program management.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills across internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; reporting, tracking, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.
• Relevant experience from college degree or business certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and strong follow-through.
• Support and drive sales performance across residential and business segments for multiple brands through online partner channels.
• Manage day-to-day execution with third-party partners and comparison websites to keep campaigns on track.
• Build strong partner relationships and quickly resolve operational or technical issues affecting performance.
• Monitor trends, competitive activity, and campaign results to identify risks and opportunities.
• Recommend optimizations to improve conversion, partner performance, and sales results.
• Support growth by expanding opportunities with existing partners and onboarding new ones.
• Use analytics to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
