Job summary

Gyde is redefining insurance brokerage with an AI-native platform. We are seeking a Director of Partner Success to own GydeOS adoption across newly acquired agencies, building implementation playbooks, quality gates, training curricula, dashboards, and tooling.

You will lead a team, partner with Product & Engineering, and drive scalable onboarding for a growing portfolio of agencies. You’ll be the most technically capable and trusted advisor on the team, stepping in for complex implementations

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in implementation, onboarding, or professional services in B2B SaaS.
• Experience as senior technical resource on a team.
• Proven ability to build playbooks, SOPs, and training curricula.

Responsibilities

• Build the Implementation Engine with playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
• Build the Technical Toolkit: data transforms, scripts, dashboards, and tools.
• Serve as a player-coach for the largest, most complex implementations.
• Build & lead the Partner Success Team with hiring, coaching, and SLAs.
• Drive outcomes with Partner Growth: time-to-value and onboarding metrics.
