The role emphasizes experimentation, rapid learning, and building a scalable growth engine using AI tools, with close collaboration to shape positioning and messaging while tracking results.

• Able to own growth channels end-to-end or span multiple channels.
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive signups.
• Comfortable with experiment-driven growth and rapid iteration.
• Skilled in using AI to enhance research, copy, targeting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several — setting the strategy, running the campaigns, and answering for the results.
• Generate leads and drive signups — build and run the motions that fill the pipeline, from paid and SEO to outbound and referral.
• Run experiments fast — test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; kill what doesn't work and scale what does.
• Use AI everywhere it gives you an edge — for research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert, and obsess over the numbers behind every step.
• Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point the growth firepower next.
• Track everything — you live in the data and can tell a clear story about what's working and why.
