Job summary

The Flex is seeking a Growth Marketer for Base360.ai to help B2C brands scale. You will lead growth across channels, generate signups, and run experiments with speed, using AI to optimize research, copy, targeting, and automation.

In this hands-on role, you’ll build high-converting funnels and landing pages, work closely with the founder on messaging, and relentlessly track results to prove impact.

Qualifications

• Fast learner who can specialise in one growth channel or be a generalist across many.
• Hunger to get great at growth and become one of the best.
• AI-savvy and uses modern tools to work faster and smarter.
• Scrappy and self-directed — figure out the how without being told.
• Analytical — comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insight into action.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with paid, SEO, outbound or marketing to B2C brands.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, run campaigns, own results.
• Generate leads and drive signups across paid, SEO, outbound and referrals.
• Run fast experiments — test hooks, audiences, funnels, offers; scale what works.
• Use AI to aid research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert and track performance.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and growth direction.
• Monitor and tell a data-backed story about what's working and why.
