Base360.ai in Tampa, FL is seeking a Growth Marketer to help reach B2C brands and turn attention into signups, leads, and customers. You’ll own growth channels, run campaigns across paid, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, and funnels, and partner with the founder on positioning and messaging.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role requires fast learning, metric-driven decision making, and a bias for action. You’ll experiment, learn fast, and build the growth engine as you go.

Qualifications

• Growth marketer with ability to own channels end-to-end.
• Analytical thinker comfortable with data and attribution.
• Familiar with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several — setting the strategy, running the campaigns, and answering for the results.
• Generate leads and drive signups — build and run the motions that fill the pipeline, from paid and SEO to outbound and referral.
• Run experiments fast — test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; kill what doesn't work and scale what does.
• Use AI everywhere it gives you an edge — for research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert, and obsess over the numbers behind every step.
• Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point the growth firepower next.
• Track everything — you live in the data and can tell a clear story about what's working and why.
