Job summary

GACHA is seeking a growth-minded content marketer to own our social presence and drive customer acquisition. You’ll create and publish content across Instagram and X, collaborate with creators, and help shape campaigns from concept to execution.

You’ll rely on AI tools to speed up research, writing, and ideation, analyze results, and run weekly growth experiments. A background in digital marketing, a love for collectibles, and comfort on camera are a plus.

Qualifications

• Content Creation: Create and publish engaging content across social platforms and be comfortable appearing on camera.
• Social Media Management: Own and manage Instagram and X accounts, working closely with creators and influencers.
• Analytical Thinking: Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve customer acquisition strategies.
• AI: Use AI tools extensively for content creation, research, writing, and ideation.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership and drive projects from idea to execution.
• Influencer relations: Experience running creator or influencer campaigns effectively.
• Performance Marketing: Experience with paid social or performance marketing strategies.
• Video Editing: Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.
• Design Skills: Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Own our Instagram and X accounts
• Create and publish engaging content across social platforms
• Be the face of some of our content (comfortable appearing on camera)
• Work with creators, influencers and communities
• Launch and manage creator campaigns from start to finish
• Write briefs for videos, graphics and campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and report what worked (and what didn't)
• Work closely with our paid ads team to develop winning creative angles
• Turn trends, memes and internet culture into marketing ideas quickly
• Use AI extensively to speed up content creation, research, writing and ideation
• Run small weekly growth experiments and share learnings with the team
