Job description

There is real, immediate work waiting on Day 1 for this seat. It is not invented; it is not optional in the medium term; and it is not work the GTM team can absorb.

  • Partner Revenue Manager needs enablement materials — pitch decks, demo collateral, one-pagers, partner-facing assets — to ramp on Rewardworks and to convert Amex/Dashfi referrals at higher rates, with higher spend success and faster ramp.
  • Amex and Dashfi partner reps need collateral they can use to refer Ricochet with confidence. Better collateral earns more referrals.
  • Direct GTM needs rapid iteration and discovery support for testing message-market fit — outbound messaging, sequence copy, target-account research polish.
  • Ricochet brand consolidation post-merger: websites and landing pages for Rewardworks, PayClearly, and Ricochet itself need to be revamped, simplified, and unified.
  • Brand Assets Include:

This is a doer-builder role, not a brand strategist role. We are not hiring a corporate marketing manager. We are hiring someone who writes, designs, builds, and ships.

What you will own

  • Sales enablement materials for the partner channels — pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, product explainers, ROI calculators where appropriate.
  • Ricochet, Rewardworks, and PayClearly websites and landing pages — content, structure, design judgment, deployment via Webflow or equivalent.
  • Outbound messaging and sequence copy supporting the direct GTM channel, and supporting Strategic Expansion AE motions as they develop.
  • Core sales narrative materials: 10-second hook, 2-minute pitch, 10-minute demo story — anchored in customer pain, written in customer language.
  • Partner collateral for the Channel/Partner Manager once that seat lands — what each new partner needs to refer Ricochet confidently.
  • Light demand-gen experiments where appropriate — not paid search/SEO at scale, but targeted campaigns supporting specific GTM bets.
  • Reporting on what content gets used, what converts, and what dies on the vine.

What you do not own

  • Brand strategy at the corporate identity level — that is a JOM/Tyler decision, not a marketing function decision.
  • PR or analyst relations — premature at this stage.
  • Paid media at scale — premature until message-market fit is validated on direct GTM.
  • Event production at scale — light support for targeted events only.
  • Pipeline ownership — that sits with the AE seats. You influence pipeline; you do not own it.

30 / 60 / 90 success criteria

Day 30

Core Rewardworks and PayClearly sales narrative rebuilt — 10-second hook, 2-minute pitch, demo story — and in PRM's hands. Audit completed of existing collateral, websites, and brand assets across Interopay / PayClearly / Ricochet; gap list documented with priority order. Quick wins shipped: one critical piece of sales collateral PRM was missing on Day 1, one urgent web update.

Day 60

First version of the unified Ricochet web property live — Rewardworks and PayClearly product pages clean and consistent. Outbound message support for the 30-day pilot delivered and live in market. Partner-facing collateral in Amex/Dashfi reps' hands — something they can hand a customer that explains Ricochet credibly. Content engine running — a predictable cadence of materials shipping, not one-off requests.

Day 90

Executive dependence for sales copy and decks reduced — the GTM team has materials they reach for first. First evidence of marketing-influenced pipeline contributing to deal velocity or close rates. Backlog prioritized against business value, not request volume.

Who you are

  • 2–8 years in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or ERP marketing — ideally as the first or second marketing hire at a funded company.
  • A strong copywriter — you translate technical payment concepts (virtual card, interchange, supplier enablement, payment orchestration) into language a Controller or CFO actually wants to read.
  • A doer-builder — you ship things. You are not waiting on a brief, a committee, or an agency.
  • Comfortable across web, sales collateral, and demand gen — not a specialist in one at the exclusion of the others.
  • Hands-on with web — Webflow, basic Figma; you know when to use a contractor for production design and when to build it yourself.
  • AI-workflow native — you multiply your own output through AI tooling. You do not need an agency to ship a one-pager.
  • Tool-fluent across the modern marketing stack: HubSpot or equivalent, Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, Apollo or ZoomInfo, basic analytics.
  • Good design judgment even if you are not a designer — you know what looks credible vs. what looks like it was made on the corporate intranet.

Who you are not

  • A pure brand marketer focused on awareness, voice, or visual identity.
  • A demand-gen specialist focused exclusively on paid acquisition channels.
  • A corporate marketing manager who runs vendors and committees.
  • A content writer with no commercial accountability or pipeline framing.
  • Someone who needs a creative director, a designer, a copywriter, and a developer to ship anything.

Compensation

Base: $85,000 – $175,000

Variable: 10–15% bonus tied to pipeline-influenced metrics and shipping cadence on prioritized deliverables.

CAVEATS

At $150K+ we'd want a true all-rounder: copywriter, illustrator, designer, can PM/manage an agency, can take lead on a tradeshow planning. Definitely many hats.. and someone who could grow into VP of Marketing. The right person makes hiring and keeping sales talent a lot easier.
