Job summary

The Dyrt Inc. is hiring a part-time Growth Manager (Mon–Wed) to turn data-driven insights into revenue-driving improvements for our PRO subscription. You’ll work 24 hours per week across paid acquisition, landing pages, onboarding, trial conversion, lifecycle messaging, retention, and cancellation.

Leverage analytics, experimentation, automation tools, and clear prioritization to ship changes in a 3-day weekly cadence and evaluate outcomes with a decisive ship/kill/iterate approach.

Qualifications

• Execution-driven growth experience turning opportunities into shipped improvements.
• Ability to analyze funnel metrics and surface high-impact growth levers.
• Experience translating insights into crisp product/marketing specs.

Responsibilities

• Find growth opportunities by analyzing the subscription funnel and identifying levers.
• Translate insights into specs, copy, and wireframes for changes across web/app and channels.
• Write tickets and coordinate with surface owners to ship features.
• Set success metrics and evaluate releases to decide Ship, Kill, or Iterate.
• Maintain a prioritized growth backlog with clear business cases.
