Job summary

Stash is seeking a Growth Manager, Affiliate to own our partner-led acquisition through affiliate partnerships. You will recruit and manage a network of affiliates and influencers, optimize offers and tracking, and drive durable customer acquisition with efficient CAC. This is a hybrid role based in New York.

You will partner closely with Growth, Paid Social, Legal, Brand, and Finance to scale performance and ensure compliance. You will be measured on CAC, payback, and new customer growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of affiliate program management experience.
• Experience in Growth at a startup.
• Strong relationship management and ability to manage many partners.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for the affiliate channel focused on efficient new customer acquisition.
• Recruit, activate, and manage relationships with affiliates and performance creators.
• Manage testing roadmap across partners, offers, tracking setups, and creator formats.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Legal, and Brand on contracts and partner operations.
