Restore Hyper Wellness Mountain Brook is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-performing wellness team and drive membership growth in a results-driven culture. You will oversee daily operations, coach department leaders, and forge partnerships with local businesses to expand the studio's impact.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, client experience excellence, and strategic accountability, with a focus on growth and improving health outcomes for clients in a dynamic wellness

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful management and team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop and hold a team accountable for results.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales, membership growth, retail, hospitality or service.
• Strong business acumen with KPI-based decision making.
• Solution-oriented management style with strong follow-through.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and lead multiple departments and initiatives.
• Servant-leadership mindset and high ethics and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach a high-performing team of wellness professionals.
• Drive membership and revenue growth through exceptional client experiences and referrals.
• Develop team members and department leaders through coaching and accountability.
• Manage day-to-day studio operations and apply Restore best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities and implement growth action plans.
• Create a culture of ownership, teamwork and exceptional client service.
• Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare and fitness professionals.
• Educate and inspire team members and clients about Restore services.
• Proactively identify challenges, develop solutions and measure results.
• Represent the Restore brand and mission to expand hyper wellness.
