Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Growth Manager to lead strategic growth programs for advisor affiliation with Linsco/Liquidity & Succession model, partnering with the Field Management Team. You will deploy programs, manage governance and drive initiatives that support client and advisor growth.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, strong project management and Excel skills, and ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience and wealth management experience.
• 5+ years of utilizing Excel in a proficient capacity.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, with occasional office visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for strategic growth programs, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and operationalize program governance frameworks, including project plans, timelines, dependencies and communication cadences.
• Partner with events team and external wholesalers on conference planning, funding, invitations and execution; primary contact for advisor communications related to Recognition trips and ad hoc event needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing fact-based insights to drive results and optimize the sales process.
• Tactically execute project deliverables, ensuring sales enablement supports strategic goals.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify scalable best practices.
• Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and growth alignment.
• Collect voice of the client feedback and data to support capabilities expansion.
