Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Growth Manager in the United States to support and grow the LPL-supported advisor affiliation with the Linsco/Liquidity & Succession model. You will drive growth initiatives with Field Management, lead strategic programs, and partner with the events team and wholesalers to ensure effective communications and execution.

Qualifications

5+ years of financial services experience.
5+ years of wealth management experience.
5+ years of project management experience.
Ability to travel up to 30% with occasional office visits.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for growth programs from planning through execution.
Develop and operationalize program governance frameworks with plans, timelines and dependencies.
Collaborate with events team and external wholesalers on conferences and advisor communications.
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership with data-driven insights to improve results and sales processes.
Execute project deliverables and ensure sales enablement supports strategic goals.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify scalable best practices.
Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
Collect voice of the client feedback to support capability expansion.
