Job summary

LPL Financial invites you to lead growth initiatives for the advisor community in the New York market. As AVP, Growth Manager, you will drive end-to-end programs supporting the LPL-supported advisor affiliation and collaborate with Field Management to execute scalable growth strategies.

You will partner with Sales leadership, plan events with wholesalers, analyze performance data, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial services experience and wealth management.
  • 5+ years of utilizing Excel in a proficient capacity.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic growth programs, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and operationalize program governance frameworks, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, and communication cadences to ensure consistent delivery and accountability.
  • Partner with the events team and external wholesalers on conference planning, funding, invitations, and execution; serve as the primary point person for advisor communications related to Recognition trips and ad hoc event needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing fact-based insights to drive results and optimize the sales process.
  • Tactically execute project deliverables to ensure sales enablement efforts align with strategic goals.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and define scalable best practices.
  • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve processes and align with broader growth goals.
  • Collect voice of the client feedback and data to support capabilities expansion.

Position

AVP, Growth Manager — you will support the development and growth of the LPL-supported advisor affiliation with the Linsco/Liquidity & Succession model by supporting and executing the overall growth strategy alongside the Field Management Team. You will deploy programs and initiatives that enable clients (Financial Advisors) to grow their practices and bolster the advisor community.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of financial services experience and experience working in wealth management.
  • 5+ years of utilizing Excel in a proficient capacity.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $99,910.00 - $166,448.00. Actual base salary varies based on factors including relevant skills, prior experience, education, internal salary benchmarks, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. LPL Total Rewards package includes benefits such as 401(k) matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more.
