Job summary

Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. You will develop strategy, secure new clients, build delivery capability, and lead operations for decarbonization and energy savings goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams to shape differentiated offerings, maintain client relationships, and ensure program success while driving growth and scalable delivery models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of energy efficiency or utility program administration experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing programs and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field.
• Proven business development and sales success.
• Strong understanding of utility program design and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for program administration opportunities with utilities and agencies.
• Develop a growth-oriented plan to build and scale the program administration practice.
• Collaborate with engineering, evaluation, and data analytics teams on offerings.
• Build senior-level client relationships to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Provide executive oversight of program delivery and ensure compliance and impact.
