Roboflow Labs seeks a Growth Lead to own the supply side of its contributor network—annotators, contributors, and experts. You will drive the funnel from awareness to activation, set competitive rates, and partner with universities and communities to grow a high-quality network.

Formación

• 4-8 years in growth or marketplace supply roles owning funnels.
• Direct experience growing a distributed workforce (contributors, freelancers).
• Curious about frontier models and expert human data.

Responsabilidades

• Own the contributor funnel end to end: awareness, application, screening, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Build acquisition channels: convert Roboflow's registered developers into contributors, run paid and organic campaigns, build referral loops, and partner with universities, communities, and job boards.
• Stand up expert cohorts on demand: recruit a cohort against tight deadlines for frontier labs.
• Set and benchmark compensation: maintain a live view of what competing platforms pay by role and domain, and optimize incentives.
• Protect the network: screening, fraud prevention, identity verification, and contributor experience so quality scales.
