Job summary

Abode Money in Austin is seeking a creative TikTok/Instagram creator to produce engaging skits and AI-edits that explain property taxes in a fun way. You will own daily content for our social channels, shaping the voice and style of our brand across TikTok and Instagram.

This in-person role requires proven short-form content on TikTok/Instagram, a pulse on trends, and a humorous, brand-conscious approach. Availability Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 is welcome.

Qualifications

• Have created short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, or Reels.
• Must be in Austin or willing to relocate to work in-person 4 days a week.
• Available Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Chronically online and know what's trending before it peaks.

Responsibilities

• Write and Shoot Skits: Characters, recurring bits, and street interviews.
• Make Scroll-Stopping Edits: Use AI video, image, and voice tools to clip podcasts and team moments.
• Ride Trends Early: Spot sounds and formats early and put our spin on them the day they break.
• Post Daily: 3 to 4 times a day on TikTok and Instagram, including campaigns that get Gen Z to bring their parents.
• Read the Numbers: Cut what flops and run it back on what hits.

The Role

Property taxes are the least fun topic in America. Your job is to make them worth watching.

You'll make skits, AI-powered edits, and trend-driven videos that make people laugh, share them with their parents, and find out they're overpaying on their home. You'll run our TikTok and Instagram like a creator.
