Job summary

Abode Money in Austin is seeking a multi-disciplinary product/engineering professional to build the first versions of new products, features, and flows in days. You will push code daily and work directly with the CEO and growth team to see measurable impact on the business.

You are a senior contributor with 5+ years shipping consumer-facing products, strong in React, TypeScript, and a modern backend, and you actively use AI across the stack. In-person work is required 4 days a week in Austin.

The Role

This is the most AI-pilled role at Abode. You're just as much product and design as you are engineer, and you use AI in every part of the job to move faster than anyone thinks is possible.

You'll build the first version of new products, features, and flows in days, push code every day, and work directly with the CEO and growth team to see the impact in the numbers.

• Build with AI: Use AI across the whole stack to move faster, and show the rest of the team how.

• Measure Everything: Instrument what you build and use the data to decide what's next.

Who You Are

• In Austin or willing to relocate. We work in person 4 days a week.

• 5+ years shipping consumer-facing product

• Strong with React, TypeScript, and a modern backend

• Have product and design taste, and care how the product feels to the customer

• Are a former founder or early-stage engineer who owns outcomes
